A series of recent scientific studies has underlined the importance of exercise as we age. In fact, one study went so far as to conclude that lack of exercise, a sedentary lifestyle, is as harmful to us as a major disease or a lifetime of smoking. Another found that brisk walking for just 20 minutes every day could reduce one’s risk of early death by 30%. Is exercise the 'Fountain of Youth'?
